I grew up reading and writing. I studied Arts, Dance, and was a federated athlete. Multiple interests in limited time resulted in assorted studies, experiences in a variety of countries, and a diverse professional path.

My training comprises an MEng in Urban Engineering (University of Lisbon), an MA in Film Studies (University of Exeter), a Diploma in Translation and Linguists Information Technologies (Camões Institute), and Certificates in Creative Writing and Proofreading. I am also a certified trainer. I studied Theatre, Film and Dance (in Lisbon and London) and work in the artistic Portuguese scene since 2000.

My book-length translations include Wicked (Cultura, 2025), the novel of ideas by Gregory Maguire; As Bruxas de Manningtree (The Manningtree Witches) by award-winning author and poet A. K. As an author, I would highlight Musgo — O Mundo Verde (author's edition, 2025), a text in verse for children.
